Registration HELP
- Your LOGON is your COMPLETE EMAIL ADDRESS. If you do not know your password, you can have your password emailed to you by selecting the CLICK HERE option near the bottom of the logon screen in Step 1. In most cases, users will have to do this since many passwords were randomly generated during the initial set-up of the database.
- For members, your password is the membership number on your dues notice. If you have not kept your dues notice, this is not a problem. Under STEP 1, Membership Profile, you will have the opportunity to ask us to email you your password. Our computer will respond immediately. Once you receive it, write it down and keep it. For non-Members, you will need to create a membership profile and we will give you a password. Please write that down and keep it.
- For security purposes, our Membership Database and our eCommerce Process requires you to log into the system twice. Once in Step 1 and again in Step 2. You will use the same logon and password for both verification processes.
- Our registration process is designed to provide much flexibility to modify, check, and change your options during the registration process. When in doubt, always proceed down the SEVEN STEPS on the LEFT SIDE of the screen.
- Please note that when purchasing the COMPLETE CONFERENCE PACKAGE, you generally do not have to purchase additional meals in Step 4 since a single complete set of meals is included in the Package Option.
- Step 5: Please make note that you are simply making a REQUEST for the Hotel Reservation. The information collected here will be used by the Hotel to hold your room. The Credit Card information to hold the hotel room can be difference from the Credit Card information used to pay for the other Registration Options in Step 7.
- Before actually paying in Step 7, Step 6 gives you an opportunity to review all your options. Take the time to review all your selections carefully. It is possible to change and correct your selections.
- If you have not purchased the complete conference package Step 3, make sure you have selected meal options in Step 4
- Have your Credit Card available. Please note the CVN (Card Verification Number) on the reverse side of your card. Generally this is a THREE DIGIT NUMBER on the back of your card which helps to prevent fraud during online purchases. Although not required, it helps with your security and also lowers our merchant discount rate.
