2004 Conference Registration

The Conference registration requires several STEPS.

Don't forget to read first the information in "Read Me First" on the left of this page.

Remember to click on each of the seven steps on the left, one after the other.

Do not go from Step 4 to Step 7. Do not forgot to make a Hotel Reservation before you go to Step 7.

First you need to verify that your Membership Profile Information is current and up-to-date
Logon (if not already) to our Secure eCommerce Reservation System
make your Conference Reservation.
select your conference options such as meals, etc.
make your Hotel Reservation request. This is only a reservation request. Final payment will be made by you at the hotel.
pay online through our secure server for the above selections. Your order will include the Hotel Reservation Request at no charge.
