This is a listing of all audiovisual setups approved by the GSA Program Committee for the 2004 Conference. GSA has only a limited budget for audiovisual equipment, and makes every effort to include all requests submitted in advance of the deadline. If your session or individual item request is not listed here, it has not been approved, and will not be provided by the Association. The GSA has a list of the co-pay individuals and will charge their credit cards for the co-payment immediately. It is important to note that the amount of the co-payment is generally a very small percentage of the total cost.
GSA Refund Policy on Audiovisual Orders: Once the card has been charged, no refund is possible, even if the equipment is not used or if it is decided that the equipment is not needed.
Those persons who had requested audiovisual equipment and whose requests were not approved by the Program Committee may still order their equipment from the Hotel and pay Hotel rental fees personally.
Important: Some sessions have been moved and re-numbered. In that case, the Session title given here is the one with the audiovisual equipment, not the number.
